Due to the closure of a low-cost university dormitory, Nonohiko, a financially struggling student pushed into a tight spot, finally finds—after much hardship—a shared house filled with men.

The place comes with a curious rule born from the tastes of its beautiful, flamboyant caretaker (♂): only handsome men are allowed to move in—and somehow, he passes the screening without a hitch.

On the day he moves in, filled with both anticipation and anxiety, he thinks he’s being invited to take a bath by one of the share house residents—a flashy guy with glasses, only to be mistaken for someone who offers “adult services”―――?!

Trouble strikes on move-in day—getting held by a silver-haired, flashy guy with glasses?!

Nonohiko-kun, a financially struggling student, has been supporting himself since losing his parents, working multiple part-time jobs to attend university while living in low-rent housing and focusing on his studies. Through physically demanding work, he’s built a strong physique, growing into a pure-hearted, genuinely kind young man.

One day in the midst of all this, he is forced out of his university dorm due to aging facilities, and while desperately searching for a place to live, he decides to look for a share house at a friend’s recommendation. Since his days are filled with part-time work, he figures he doesn’t really need much private time and is drawn most of all to the biggest appeal: the low rent. He never imagined, though, that this choice would end up completely changing his life…!!

On his very first day moving in, meeting Hibiki Kaido (海道 響), also known as the flashy guy with glasses, is where a certain misunderstanding begins.

The caretaker, Kaoru-san, is a flamboyant “onee-san” (♂)!?

The share house—packed with strong personalities to begin with—was being run largely according to the personal tastes of its caretaker, Kaoru-san. Rather than focusing on profits and such, the place exists very much for personal reasons—namely, wanting to be soothed by the sight of handsome men, and thanks to that, Norihiko manages to clear the requirements without issue. One of the friends who frequently comes and goes from this share house happens to be Hibiki.

On the very day Nonohiko moves in, Hibiki happens to have called an escort service to the share house, leading to a misunderstanding where Nonohiko is mistaken for the intended partner— and things escalate into a troublesome situation where Nonohiko ends up being held…!! In real life, this would absolutely be a call-the-authorities scenario, but thanks to pure, pure Nonohiko’s incredible kindness and generosity of heart, he ends up forgiving it… Σ(´∀｀；)

Sensing that there’s something different about him compared to his past partners, Hibiki begins—almost unconsciously—to find himself thinking more and more about Nonohiko. Nonohiko, in turn, isn’t just affected by what happened; he’s increasingly drawn to the glimpses of Hibiki’s kindness that he starts to notice. So cute… watching pure, innocent Nonohiko gradually awaken to new feelings is heart-pounding beyond words…!! As I read, my emotions kept colliding—part of me cheering “yes, keep going!” while another part wanted to shout “wait, that’s enough…!!” It’s such a fun ride. Owaru-sensei’s comedic handwritten text and Nonohiko’s completely melted, blissed-out expressions are just way too good…!!

Set in a share house, the story follows three different couples—and the newly drawn extra chapters are just too amazing, so please be sure to read it for yourself (^^). The dynamic where adorably pure Nonohiko and the one who keeps him on his toes, Hibiki, gradually find themselves drawn together is a joy to watch, making this one highly recommended!!
