“When you fall in love with someone you’ve always admired, and when you fall in love with a single listener…the world begins to change.”

An awkward, shy college student, “Itsuki,” one day meets “Yuno,” the radio personality he had long admired as a devoted listener. Inspired by this encounter, Itsuki decides to try changing himself, little by little—but it doesn’t come easily. As a listener and as a radio host, will they cross the line between their roles, or stop short? Their ambiguous relationship couldn’t be neatly defined by any single word. Itsuki, whose admiration has turned into love, and Yuno, who is forced to face his work—and himself—once again. The path ahead for these two, who can no longer remain who they once were, is…—————?

From Shueisha EYES COMICS BLink 『Kikoeru?』

This was the work through which I first discovered Hashimoto-sensei, and I fell straight into the fandom. I’ve listened to the radio as part of my daily routine ever since I was in middle school, so I still clearly remember how happy I felt when I realized there was a radio-themed story even within a BL work. These days, it’s common to see voice actors hosting regular radio shows, or idols serving as main MCs for programs, isn’t it?

In this work, you can read along with such delicate expression that it truly feels as if you can hear the radio voices themselves. The scenes between Itsuki, who draws you in with his clear, glass-like eyes, and Yuno, who charms with his naturally beautiful voice and an irresistibly lovable personality, are absolutely not to be missed.

Personally, I feel that many of the men Hashimoto-sensei draws are characters who are good at expressing their emotions, but Itsuki is awkward—and that’s exactly what makes him so lovable, and why I adore him.

Watching Yuno get completely swept up by pure-hearted Itsuki will absolutely deal a critical hit to your fujoshi heart, so please proceed with caution.

I hope you’ll watch the future they begin to imagine together unfold—both with your eyes and your ears. As for me, the newly written bonus story completely reduced me to mist. I was utterly, beautifully destroyed (^^).
